Do We Require A Deposit? Yes! There is a $150 nonrefundable deposit required before booking can be completed. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to the event.

What does the ice cream trailer rental include? Our rental includes a fully-equipped, pink ice cream trailer, stocked and ready to serve premium frozen treats. We can also provide friendly attendants to serve your guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Can we hire someone to serve the ice cream? Yes! We offer professional attendants who can scoop and serve ice cream, popsicles, or other treats so you can relax and enjoy your event. Attendant service is available at an additional $35 per hour, per attendant.

What types of events do you cater to? We cater to all types of events including birthdays, weddings, corporate functions, school events, festivals, and more.

Do you provide the ice cream or do we supply it? We offer flexible options. You can choose from our premium selection of ice cream or supply your own. We’ll work with you to create the perfect setup.

Can the trailer be used to serve items other than ice cream? Absolutely! While ice cream is our specialty, we’re happy to work with you to serve other fun treats like snacks, drinks, candy, or even customized items. Just let us know what you have in mind!

How much space does the trailer/truck need? Our trailer/truck requires a flat surface and clear access for setup. Specific space requirements will be provided upon booking.

What types of events do you cater to? We cater to all types of events including birthdays, weddings, corporate functions, school events, festivals, and more.

Do you travel to different locations? Yes, we serve a wide range of areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our base location.

What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Event? No problem! We will hold your deposit and you can reschedule your event within the next year. (This timeframe can be negotiated, if necessary.) We ask that you give us 72-hour notice if you need to cancel your event.
