FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
Do We Require A Deposit? Yes! There is a $150 nonrefundable deposit required before booking can be completed. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to the event.
How Long Do I Get The Bounce Castle? The rental price is for 6 hours. Add $30/hr. for every extra hour.
Is Delivery Included In The Rental Fee? Yes! Delivery, set up, and break down are all included in the rental fee.
What Surfaces Can Accommodate Our Bounce Castles? The bounce castles can be setup only on flat surfaces. They cannot be set up on rock or gravel. We provide a tarp for pavement/asphalt/concrete surfaces.
How Far Away From An Electrical Outlet Can The Bounce Castle Be Set Up? 50 feet! We provide the extension cord. If needed, we also can provide a generator for an extra $50 fee.
Does Bash Provide Decorations For The Bounce Castles? Yes, we can provide a balloon garland for an extra fee. The cost depends on the size of the garland.
Are There Safety Rules For The Bounce Castle? Yes! We don’t allow shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or face paint in the bounce castles. We provide a sign with our safety rules that can be displayed outside the bounce castle.
What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Event? No problem! We will hold your deposit and you can reschedule your event within the next year. (This timeframe can be negotiated, if necessary.) We ask that you give us 72-hour notice if you need to cancel your event.
